At Femora, every garment is made with care and quality checks before dispatch. We kindly request you to review our policy before placing your order.

Size Exchange Policy

We offer one-time size exchange only if the size you've ordered doesn't fit.

Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Only one size exchange is permitted per order.
  • Exchange is allowed only for the same product in a different size, subject to size availability.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Products that show signs of use, damage, stains, perfume, or alterations will not be eligible for exchange.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

A complete, uninterrupted unboxing video is mandatory for reporting any of the following:

  • Wrong item received
  • Damaged product
  • Missing item(s)
  • Manufacturing defect

The video must:

  • Start before opening the package.
  • Clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, and the entire unboxing process without any cuts or edits.

Claims made without a complete unboxing video will not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns.
  • We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law.
  • If your garment does not fit, you may request a one-time size exchange as per the policy above.

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

  • Sale or discounted products
  • Customized or altered products
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging
  • Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery

Exchange Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and exchange request.
  2. Our team will verify your request and arrange a pickup where service is available.
  3. Once the returned item passes our quality inspection, your replacement will be stitched and dispatched.

Please note that exchanged products are also made-to-order, so the standard delivery timeline will apply.

International Orders

International orders are not eligible for exchange, return, refund, or cancellation.
